Glanville Terrace Apartment

Contemporary and elegant lock up & leave

A renovation reviving a previous Schwarz Design new build c. 2005. Drawing inspiration from natural luxury and a minimal Japanese aesthetic. The renewed modern design showcases functional living, and lifetime collections layering old and new.

This contemporary open plan design achieves a homely feel and importantly connects the open spaces through displaying collections of artfully handmade and upcycled pieces along with reoccurring natural materials, such as stone, marble, timber, metal, linen and wool. Earthy elements of stone extend from the bathrooms, throughout interior features and exterior entertaining areas. The timber-clad kitchen unit a continuation of the floor. The spaces have an ethereal quality between natural, old and new world materials, creating a perfect, imperfect balance. All aspects of the interior fit out from the bespoke cabinetry down to the finer accessory details and styling created by Schwarz design.
